All in all, our employees are of strategic importance for the company culture and its success. We offer them more than a job - we care for the right working conditions: employee questionaires enable us to follow the actual opinion trend and to implement corresponding actions. Our magazine inForm is presented several times during the year and provides our employees with actual information about topics like new colleagues, business’ development and new products. The investment in staff rooms, a canteen and new office spaces in 2007 contributed to the positive working environment.
