Granulates & Compactates
Dr. Paul Lohmann´s granulates and the compacted products are obtained by different methods. Granulates are produced by wet granulation and are freeflowing, more homogenous and coarser. Compacted substances are produced by dry pressing and consist of larger particles with some small size fractions. The structure of these two forms are different but both can be used for direct compression.
Because of this they have many advantages for different applications.
