Personnel development starts with training of our apprentices. They attend school and additional apprenticeship training, which helps them to develop individual skills for presentation as well as the ability to take and give criticism.

Professional training is offered as internal or external option and helps to qualify our employees according to new techniques and state of the art technologies.

Extra occupational qualification to gain an accredited certificate is supported in consideration of individual target agreements. The objective is to take over a continuative position after successful completion of training. In this context to fill vacancies with internal high potentials has priority and supports our core value of sustainability and long-term employee retention.
