We started over 120 years ago with the production of high-quality iron salts for the treatment of iron deficiency. Today we supply the pharmaceutical industry with an extended range of various high quality products which are used for the prevention and treatment of mineral deficiency.
In addition, our mineral salts including antacid and diuretics in parenteral nutrition are used as phosphate binders and additives as well as in topical pharmaceuticals.
We assist our clients with the necessary documentation for registration. Our two production facilities in Lueneburg and Emmerthal are both GMP certified for the production of active pharmaceutical ingredients, so that a consistently high quality of our products is guaranteed.

Gastrointerstinal applications
Stomach pain, pyrosis or reflux may be caused by an excess of stomach acid. Here, mineral salts are used as a remedy which reacts with the hydrochloric acid of the stomach neutralizing it.

Urological applications
An elevated level of phosphate can lead to Calcium Phosphate deposits in blood vessels and tissues and thus lower the Calcium level in the serum. A chronic hyperphosphataemia can be treated by administrating phosphate binders.
