LomaSalt® RS 50 Extra does not contain any anticacking agents or other technical additives! LomaSalt® RS 50 Extra is our premium salt replacer that meets highest demands in taste and sensoric authenticity.

LomaSalt® RS 50 Extra is particularly suitable for the use in bread, pastries or ready-to-use baking mixtures. Internally conducted tests showed that bread which has been baked with LomaSalt® RS 50 Extra tastes pleasant and familiar.
